Attended Stempfly clan Reunion in Centre Hall, of same Co. PA. Pix is James "Jamie" Bigelow, grandson of Betty (Stempfly) Bigelow and son of Patricia Bigelow. His mom married four times and had total of nine children. Genealogists can only get that sort of complex information in person. I'm in PA for Family History gathering trip. So, let's get-r done.

Thanks folks for you comments and encouragement. Incidentally, I can only post up to 1000 characters via my Cell phone. But I can come back and edit the blogs later when I get to a regular Internet connection like I'm doing here at Clearfield Public Library. Today (Tuesday, 28 Aug 07), I'm going back to Philipsburg to the Dahlgrin's Funeral Home to look up some mortuary records. Coincidentally, the Funeral Home might be in one of the homes formerly owned by the Hartley family; depends on which of the 4 corners on which the Hartley's lived- a search of old city directories might solve that problem, or someone at Funeral Home might remember.
